High Point Radiation Oncology

High Point Radiation Oncology is a freestanding community radiation oncology center dedicated to the compassionate and effective treatment of many forms of cancer. The center's primary physician is Dr. William R. Rate (see bio below) who has spent greater than 20 years working with cancer patients. The center is staffed with experienced therapists (all board certified with greater that 10 years of experience), as well as physicists and dosimetrists. Our nursing staff is ONS certified. Our clerical staff is well versed with the challenges of dealing with insurance companies and work as patient advocates.

High Point Radiation Oncology utilizes the latest sophisticated technology, including IMRT and IGRT, to insure that you receive the highest quality of care.

It also operates within the Central Bucks community, allowing it to work with your doctors at Central Montgomery Medical Center, Doylestown Hospital, Grand View Hospital, and St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown. The treatment of cancer requires many specialists and we work with the doctors who already know you, and who are available to you in an emergency.

Sometimes patients require the type of specialty care only available at major medical centers. Our affiliation with Fox Chase Cancer Center give us access to specialty physicians, treatments and clinical trials that maybe required. Our affiliation further ensures our practices and standards are of the highest quality standard of care.

We hope you never need cancer treatment. But if you do, we are available for you, in the community, close and convenient, with compassionate and sophisticated cancer care.
